How do I factory reset my smart devices?

Generally, there are two ways to initialize your devices to the factory settings:

1. By the physical reset button. Different models of devices have different ways to reset the device. For the smart plug, you need to press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. For the light bulb, you need to turn it on and off 5 times at 1-second intervals. Please follow the user manual of your device for more details.

2. By navigating to the device settings page on your Meross App, scrolling down, and tapping the “remove” button.
