You can troubleshoot the following:
• If you paired the device with the Home app, please add it again using the Meross app.
• Check whether your home Wi-Fi is connected to the internet.
• Ensure that the password for your home Wi-Fi has not been changed.
• Make sure your device is within range of your home Wi-Fi. Moving it closer to the Wi-Fi router or installing a Wi-Fi range extender can help.
• If all else fails, please factory reset your device and try to add it again.
